Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster for a full-time temporary position, this role will adjudicate complex indemnity claims while working remotely across the United States until October 9, 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Adjudicate workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity and report on claims trends
- Investigate claims, interview involved parties, and manage litigation processes to ensure timely resolutions
- Negotiate settlements and prepare documentation to support claims management and financial outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in Arizona and California
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- California Self-Insurance certification or both WCCA & WCCP designations; Arizona license required at start
- Strong claim negotiation skills and excellent business acumen related to insurance operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
