Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills
  • Interact extensively with clients and claimants to provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • California Adjusters' license required
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
