Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
- Interact extensively with claimants and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license, up-to-date on continuing education hours
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
