Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims by analyzing exposure, ensuring effective communication among involved parties, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with claimants and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license, up-to-date on continuing education hours
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
