Working remotely, the full-time California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex workers compensation claims, utilizing 5+ years of claims experience to analyze exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• California Adjusters' license required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
