Job Summary

As a key member of the experienced Claims Adjuster team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• California Adjusters' license required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
