Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
