Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney (Applicant Side).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Workers' Compensation cases from inception through resolution
Provide legal advice to clients regarding their claims and rights
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
Demonstrated experience in Workers' Compensation law
Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation regulations and the Labor Code
Proven ability to conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice
