Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases, prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings, and negotiate settlements
  • Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days
  • Handle a full caseload from start to finish, including appearances, depositions, and driving files toward resolution


Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience required
  • Subrogation/Civil Litigation experience is a plus
  • Lien experience is a plus (not required - lien specialist on staff)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
