Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases, prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings, and negotiate settlements
- Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days
- Handle a full caseload from start to finish, including appearances, depositions, and driving files toward resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience required
- Subrogation/Civil Litigation experience is a plus
- Lien experience is a plus (not required - lien specialist on staff)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
