Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with company protocols
• Handle discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and related proceedings
• Provide clear legal advice to claims representatives and insured clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships

Qualifications

• JD or LLB degree with admission to the California Bar
• Minimum 1 year of successful experience practicing law
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and workers compensation regulations
• Proven litigation skills including research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy
• Ability to manage moderately complex cases independently and effectively
