California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage a docket of cases to resolution, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while working remotely from the California Bay Area.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending them as necessary
• Responding to client inquiries and providing direction to non-attorneys

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
• Excellent organizational skills
