Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage a docket of cases to resolution, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while working remotely from the California Bay Area.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending them as necessary
- Responding to client inquiries and providing direction to non-attorneys
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
- Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Experience with doctors' depositions preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
- Excellent organizational skills
