Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage a docket of cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while working remotely in the Bay Area, California.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
- Responding to client inquiries and providing direction to non-attorneys
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Doctors' deposition experience preferred
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
