Key responsibilities
- Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy and assess case value
- Handle case negotiations and settlements, including calculating demands for various disabilities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of legal Workers' Compensation experience
- Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation regulations
- Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding settlement metric requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)
