California Licensed Workforce Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Workforce Development, Grants Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned awardees and projects, including negotiating contracts, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliance
• Lead program reporting and award management activities, providing guidance to awardees and summarizing data
• Track project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop funding application processes in collaboration with Senior Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Experience with grants administration from a funder's perspective
• Familiarity with state and federal funding
• Experience with project and client management software, with proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development preferred
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle
