Job Summary
To support operational needs, the remote Senior Workforce Management Capacity Planner will develop workforce forecasts, analyze capacity versus demand, and provide data-driven recommendations for staffing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical data and business drivers
- Translate forecasted demand into staffing and capacity requirements, incorporating various operational factors
- Analyze capacity versus demand to identify staffing gaps and operational risks, providing actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing forecasting and capacity planning workstreams independently
- Strong working knowledge of Verint forecasting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI preferred; NICE experience is beneficial
