Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the part-time California Loan Modification Title Analyst will identify title issues on real estate transactions, create grade sheets for title reports, and address inquiries from servicers and internal staff while working remotely.

- Create and provide detailed grade sheets for graded title reports

Required qualifications
