California Market Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Capture Manager to support strategic growth through client and partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal development, financial analysis, and client outreach
• Maintain client relationships and lead sales presentations
• Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated financial technology experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and state government is a plus
• Experience in long-term care and disability services, specifically PDS and SDP, strongly preferred
• Experience with regional centers in California is strongly preferred
