California Merchandise Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic partner to the Stores organization, the full-time Regional Merchandise Manager will develop and implement merchandise strategies tailored to individual store needs, collaborating with various teams to optimize vendor relationships and product assortment while working onsite in Los Angeles, California.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with store-level requirements and opportunities
• Collaborate with store leadership and buying teams to analyze performance and identify category expansion opportunities
• Provide custom reporting and presentations to store executives, ensuring accountability for action plans and results

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising and planning
• Prior store-line management experience preferred
• Strong business and financial analysis skills, with mastery of retail math
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• College degree preferred
