Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management (California & Multi-State).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the payer partnership strategy across California and emerging markets
• Build and develop a high-performing Account Management team and establish scalable systems
• Manage executive relationships with Medicaid and D-SNP payer partners, ensuring performance and growth

Required Qualifications

• 9-10+ years in payer/provider partnerships, account management, or managed care
• 3-5+ years of team leadership experience in a high-growth environment
• Deep experience with Medicaid managed care; Medi-Cal preferred
• Experience with Medicare or D-SNP programs preferred
• Strong operational and financial acumen in value-based care environments
