California Network Engineer I

Job Summary

Supporting the design and ongoing operation of enterprise local area network (LAN) infrastructure, the full-time California Network Engineer I will perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks while adhering to established enterprise standards in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN infrastructure, including switches and access layers
• Perform basic troubleshooting of network issues and assist in implementing network changes
• Document configurations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site deployments and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1 year of related experience in network engineering or operations
• Some experience in automation and scripting with tools like PowerShell, Python, or SQL
