• Develop and execute long-term strategies for conservation goals and manage relationships with key donors
• Oversee communication products and elevate the organization's profile through national and global engagement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience in environmental science, policy, or conservation
• Proven experience in managing complex programs and scaling projects in environmental conservation
• Experience in philanthropic fundraising and managing public/private partnerships
• Expertise in public fundraising and grant management at state and federal levels
• Supervisory experience with multi-disciplinary teams and partnership development skills
