California Operations Administration Manager

Job Summary

Leading the month-end operations and branch closeout, the full-time California Operations Administration Manager will manage branch operations specialists, act as a liaison between branch and central distribution operations, and identify training opportunities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end operations and closeout for all branches
• Manage branch operations specialists to ensure adequate coverage
• Collaborate with sales operations managers and cross-functional teams to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5 years of industry or OneSource experience
• Advanced knowledge of OneSource Operations and Eclipse
• Proficiency in O365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with a focus on teamwork and process improvement
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
