California Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Telecom Engineers, the full-time California Operations Manager will oversee the telecommunications infrastructure and voice services platforms, ensuring operational excellence and service reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team while managing operational priorities and resource planning
• Oversee operational support for telecommunications infrastructure and ensure platform availability and security
• Act as a technical liaison and escalation point for complex telecom incidents and service outages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications or voice engineering
• 3+ years of leadership or technical team lead experience
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP, and telecommunications protocols
• Experience with Ribbon, Oracle, or AudioCodes telecommunications platforms
