California or Hawaii Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
To support patients with cancer, the fully remote California or Hawaii Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will provide targeted behavioral health support, conduct screenings and assessments, and facilitate patient engagement while working Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Support the mental health of patients with cancer on an assigned patient caseload
- Provide brief behavioral interventions tailored for the cancer setting and monitor treatment responses
- Develop effective working relationships with partner oncology practice teams to identify patients needing behavioral health support
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
- Possession of one of the following clinical licenses in CA or HI: LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting
- Prior experience interacting with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment
