Job Summary
Analyzing workers' compensation claims for clients, the full-time California or Nevada Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Must be licensed in California or Nevada
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
