Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator for Northern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outreach and deliver presentations to raise awareness about telecommunications services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and service providers
  • Provide consultations and technical assistance to consumers regarding telecommunications needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
  • At least one (1) year of experience in outreach activities for communities of persons with disabilities
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or disabled customers
  • At least one (1) year of professional experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience working with Community-Based Organizations to enhance outreach efforts
