California Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance outreach efforts for the California Community Colleges' Vision Resource Center, the full-time remote California Outreach Specialist will manage integrated communications, marketing campaigns, and user engagement initiatives while collaborating with leadership to align strategies with Vision 2030 priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop outreach strategies aligned with Vision 2030
• Create and distribute integrated campaigns across various platforms, including email and web
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimize content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in program management
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone
• Knowledge of California community colleges and higher education issues
• Experience in Agile project management and training adult learners preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
