Job Summary

Working remotely, the California Outside Property Claim Associate will participate in structured training to manage 1st party property claims, review and document claims under supervision, and gather information from various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in training covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers

Required qualifications

• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Riverside County or surrounding areas
• Completion of an online pre-employment assessment
• Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and relevant documents
• Strong interest in developing skills in claim handling and customer service
• Commitment to a structured training program lasting 9-12 months
