California Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

To support community colleges across California, the full-time California Partner Success Manager will manage partnerships and projects, ensuring clients achieve their strategic objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal project manager for partner success initiatives, overseeing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts to ensure alignment and timely follow-up
• Develop credibility as a trusted liaison with partners to drive continued value of services offered

Required qualifications

• Relevant BA/BS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in program/system implementation or client/project management
• At least two years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time
• Passion for mission-driven work with a focus on equity and community impact
