Job Summary
To support community colleges across California, the full-time California Partner Success Manager will manage partnerships and projects, ensuring clients achieve their strategic objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal project manager for partner success initiatives, overseeing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts to ensure alignment and timely follow-up
- Develop credibility as a trusted liaison with partners to drive continued value of services offered
Required qualifications
- Relevant BA/BS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in program/system implementation or client/project management
- At least two years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time
- Passion for mission-driven work with a focus on equity and community impact
