Job Summary

Driving revenue growth in a hybrid capacity, the full-time California Partnership Manager will develop strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with education leaders, and deliver tailored presentations to support schools and districts in achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets across the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the education sector
  • Own the full sales cycle, making strategic decisions that align with company goals and customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or Education
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious sales goals
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments
