California Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient relations, addressing concerns and escalating when necessary
• Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, and verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Schedule appointments, process referrals, and handle patient/provider correspondence

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
• Two years of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
• Experience with CS-Link/Epic
• Proof of vaccination required, with potential accommodations for disabilities or religious reasons
