Job Summary

Providing patient-centered support, the full-time California Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, offer technical assistance with health applications, and serve as a resource for patients seeking care, all while working remotely with a variable schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient access to healthcare services by scheduling appointments and classes
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Build and maintain relationships with patients to enhance their engagement with the healthcare system

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
