Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and audit high-volume, multi-state payrolls, including terminations and final pay calculations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and manage data security of sensitive employee information
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and prepare reports and analytics for leadership and audits
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years payroll experience with strong knowledge of California payroll laws
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP/FPC certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in a payroll platform, preferably UKG
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
