Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and audit high-volume, multi-state payrolls, including terminations and final pay calculations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and manage data security of sensitive employee information
- Respond to payroll inquiries and prepare reports and analytics for leadership and audits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years payroll experience with strong knowledge of California payroll laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP/FPC certification is a plus
- Proficiency in a payroll platform, preferably UKG
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
