Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll semi-monthly or bi-weekly for over 1000 employees, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing, including data validation and troubleshooting
- Train team members on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and maintain accurate payroll records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors payroll modules and experience with system conversions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Comprehensive knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise staff effectively
