Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle payroll processing using ADP and manual payroll calculations
• Reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate hours for salaried and hourly employees
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll administration

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• ADP experience is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of payroll fundamentals and state labor laws
• Experience with high-volume payroll environments
• Ability to work independently and validate own work
