Key Responsibilities

• Manage multistate payroll, including bi-weekly processing and reconciliation of payroll reports
• Assist with HR functions such as tracking leaves of absence and managing employee status changes
• Field payroll-related inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with multistate payroll, particularly in California
• Background in HR preferred, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Self-sufficient and comfortable conducting research to resolve issues
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to unique company processes
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now is a plus
