Job Summary
Dedicated to redefining property insurance in wildfire-prone regions, the full-time California P&C Insurance Agent will provide exceptional customer service through various channels, manage client relationships, and utilize technology to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier, unscripted white-glove service via phone, email, and chat
- Tactfully handle conflict resolutions and expertly de-escalate client situations
- Document daily challenges and corrective actions in the call-center database
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance customer service experience required
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producer license required in any U.S. state
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a California-resident insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Technical proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot CRM, Microsoft 365, and Zoom
- Stable high-speed internet connection suitable for VOIP
