Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with three years of experience
- Experience in employee relations, human resources, or compliance, preferably in a law firm or professional services
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states
- Experience managing leave of absence and accommodation processes, including ADA and FMLA
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
