California People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to enhance its people infrastructure in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to drive people strategy and organizational health
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
• Lead and support core people programs and cross-functional projects to improve operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, including as a People Business Partner
• Experience in supporting large, non-exempt employee populations, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
• Prior startup experience during rapid growth phases
• Proven ability to coach managers and improve people programs and infrastructure
