California Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to support complex fire and mass tort cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case start through trial prep and post-trial
• Prepare state court filings and assemble exhibits
• Draft and respond to written discovery and manage litigation calendars and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience in California
• Currently reside in California
• Experience with electronic discovery coordination
• Ability to prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work
• Familiarity with reviewing and summarizing depositions and medical records
