Job Summary

Supporting operational efficiency, the part-time California Procurement Services Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the Executive Vice President and department teams, coordinating activities and maintaining departmental records remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records
  • Support administrative workflows related to department contracts
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
Required qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/database systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
