Job Summary
Supporting operational efficiency, the part-time California Procurement Services Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the Executive Vice President and department teams, coordinating activities and maintaining departmental records remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records
- Support administrative workflows related to department contracts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with district partners and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/database systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
