• Proven ability to manage a monthly paid media spend of $100K or more
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube
• Experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in financial modeling and contribution margin
