California Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager to support and lead enterprise-level programs aimed at improving provider quality performance and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance through improved operations
• Develop strategies for improvement and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, resource management, and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management
• Preferred experience in managed care or prescription benefit management
• Experience in provider performance and analytics-driven program management and reporting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with data integrations or EHR-enabled performance reporting is highly preferred
