California Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the strategic initiatives of the Care Network, the full-time California Program Manager will develop and direct the CHAMPS provider contracting program, collaborating with practices, health plans, and stakeholders while managing data analysis and program improvement efforts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and direct programs in alignment with Care Network leadership's strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with participating providers and internal stakeholders to enhance network operations and provider engagement
• Oversee data collection and analysis, developing action plans for continuous program improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or High School Diploma plus 8 years of experience
• 5 years of experience managing projects
• Experience in healthcare administration, provider network operations, or managed care
• Proficiency in PC-based spreadsheet and word processing applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
