Job Summary
To support the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, the full-time California Programs Coordinator will manage project implementation and development for registered apprenticeship programs, ensuring effective collaboration with educational institutions and industry partners while working remotely within California.
Key responsibilities
- Promote efficient implementation and development of registered apprenticeship programs through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain documentation and manage participant data, ensuring confidentiality and tracking progress
- Provide logistical support for meetings and conferences, including scheduling and documentation management
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects
- Relevant AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in calendaring, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
- Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship preferred
- Outstanding written communication skills with experience in proofreading
