California Programs & Systems Advisor

Job Summary

To support the Design & Field Asset Services team, the remote California Programs & Systems Advisor will evaluate, develop, and oversee the implementation of systems projects, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes within the Planning organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees and executes contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Evaluates systems processes and interfaces across multiple platforms and resolves related issues with IT
• Develops and implements data management practices to sustain model integrity and supports business decisions through data analysis and reporting

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in energy delivery and distribution
• Experience supporting utility planning systems and distribution planning processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Distribution Design Standards
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the SCE service territory
