Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Provider Contracting functions and team, ensuring effective operations and collaboration with other departments
• Negotiate complex provider contracts, focusing on value-based and capitated payment models
• Develop strategies to maintain network adequacy and compliance while minimizing financial exposure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Contracting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting
• Experience with various managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees
