Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers via phone and email with bill review questions and requests
• Document bill review errors to improve team error rate trends
• Ensure compliance with company standards and deliver quality services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates' degree preferred or comparable Workers Comp experience
• Knowledge of assigned State's Workers' Comp regulations
• CPC and/or expertise in bill review analysis preferred
• Strong knowledge of fee schedule and network contracts
• Experience in customer service
