Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruitment initiative, the remote California QME Physician Recruiter will strategically source and vet specialty physicians across various medical fields, ensuring comprehensive state coverage in California.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and vet specialty physicians, including Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurologists, to ensure state-wide coverage
• Utilize computer platforms to analyze network gaps and physician fee trends
• Engage in effective communication and negotiation with high-level medical specialists to enhance recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment within the IME, Workers' Comp, or Medicolegal space
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or medical-legal services
• Familiarity with California DWC, the QME/AME process, and the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills are required
