Job Summary
Leading quality and performance improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator II will manage clinical processes and patient care functions remotely, collaborating with managers and physicians to enhance quality, safety, and process improvement outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Quality Improvement Activities in compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of Quality dashboards and audit tools, providing actionable insights from data analysis
- Manage external NICCU registries data abstraction process and utilize registries for benchmarking and performance improvement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Improvement within a healthcare setting
- Experience in data analysis and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field; Master's degree preferred
