Job Summary
Supporting quality improvement initiatives, the full-time California Quality Improvement Specialist will manage chart monitoring, analyze quality reporting results, and develop improvement plans while working remotely during Pacific Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct heavy chart monitoring and auditing of medical records
- Analyze, track, and trend quality results reporting, presenting findings to management
- Recommend and implement quality improvement plans in collaboration with management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience in quality improvement
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
- Experience with HEDIS, audit processes, and medical records review
- Valid driver's license
